    绿原酸是一种广泛存在于植物中的水溶性酚类化合物,具有多种药理作用和潜在的应用价值。近年来,其在抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、调节代谢等方面的研究取得了显著进展。绿原酸通过激活SIRT1和AMPK/PGC-1信号通路,调节线粒体功能,减少氧化应激和细胞凋亡等发挥抗炎作用。

    本研究探讨了绿原酸对食管鳞状细胞癌(Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma, ESCC)的抑制作用及其分子机制。研究通过体外细胞实验和体内动物模型实验,证实了绿原酸能够显著抑制ESCC的生长。在体外实验中,绿原酸处理的ESCC细胞表现出增殖抑制、迁移和侵袭能力下降。此外,绿原酸通过下调BMI1和SOX2的表达,抑制了ESCC细胞的自我更新能力。
