    本研究以绿原酸-磷脂复合物(PC)作为药物中间体,成功制备了含有绿原酸-磷脂复合物的聚乙二醇化脂质体(CHA-PCPEG-Lipo,简称CPPL),旨在降低给药频率并提高治疗效果。与绿原酸溶液及负载绿原酸-磷脂复合物的普通脂质体(CHA-PCLipo,简称CPL)相比,CPPL表现出更优异的理化性质,显著增强了药物在肿瘤部位的蓄积能力。
